Honorable Roland Okito Pena Lumumba, born on August 26, 1958 in Kinshasa, is a distinguished statesman, architect, lawyer, and diplomat, currently serving as the Minister of Justice of the Kingdom of Kush. He is the son of the late Patrice Émery Lumumba, the historic leader and martyr of African independence, and Pauline Opango. His lineage and commitment to public service reflect a lifelong dedication to dignity, national sovereignty, and the uplifting of African peoples.

He completed his early education in Cairo, Egypt, at Collège Patriarcal and Lycée Horeya in Heliopolis, before pursuing higher studies at the École Spéciale d’Architecture in Paris, France. He later earned his Licence in Public Law from the Université Libre de Kinshasa, strengthening his foundation in governance, legal systems, and public administration.

Honorable LUMUMBA has held notable roles as an Architect, Lawyer, and Ambassador-for-Life, and serves as President of the Fondation Patrice Émery Lumumba, which works globally to advance African unity, historical justice, and youth empowerment. His advocacy has contributed significantly to international recognition of African struggles for liberation and dignity.
